  14. LegalText7=A PARTY TO THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO

  18. LegalText11=There are two software components to the Carbon Copy/Net software: the 
  19. LegalText12=Carbon Copy/Net Guest software and the Carbon Copy/Net Host software (the 
  20. LegalText13=two, collectively, the Program).  You acknowledge and agree that no title to the 
  21. LegalText14=Program or Program documentation passes to you under this agreement.  You 
  22. LegalText15=further acknowledge and agree that Microcom does not warrant that the 
  23. LegalText16=functions contained in the Program will meet your requirements, or that the 
  24. LegalText17=operation of the Program will be error-free or uninterrupted.  You agree that you 
  25. LegalText18=are solely responsible for your installation, maintenance and use of the Program.

  27. LegalText20=Your use of the Program shall be governed by the terms set forth in the 
  28. LegalText21=Netscape license agreement, if you own Netscape's Power Pack(tm) software 
  29. LegalText22=or by the terms set forth in Microcom's standard Carbon Copy licensing agreement
  30. LegalText23=if you do not own Netscape's Power Pack software, which terms are hereby 
  31. LegalText24=incorporated by reference in this agreement. In addition, Microcom hereby 
  32. LegalText25=licenses you to:

  34. LegalText27=1)  Install and use the Program on a single computer.
  35. LegalText28=2)  Install and use the Program on a second computer if you are the primary user 
  36. LegalText29=    of the two computers OR if the second computer is your home computer (you 
  37. LegalText30=    are the primary user if you are using the computer for at least 75% of its 
  38. LegalText31=    usage time).
  39. LegalText32=3)  Copy the Program into any machine readable form only for back up purposes 
  40. LegalText33=       and provided that you reproduce and include the copyright and proprietary     
  41. LegalText34=       notices on the original in your back up copy.
  42. LegalText35=4)  Transfer your license to the Program to another person provided that you:
  43. LegalText36=    A) Transfer the original documentation, original diskettes and this Licensing 
  44. LegalText37=          Agreement to such person; and
  45. LegalText38=       B) Delete all copies of this Program from your computer(s) and from any 
  46. LegalText39=       backup disks or devices.
  47. LegalText40=    Transferring this license terminates all of your associated benefits such as 
  48. LegalText41=       technical support and upgrade offers. 
  49. LegalText42=5)  Use the Carbon Copy/Net Guest software to communicate with the Carbon 
  50. LegalText43=    Copy/Net Host software included with this software package and with
  51. LegalText44=    any other licensed Carbon Copy Host but not to let another user access 
  52. LegalText45=    your personal computer.
  53. LegalText46=6)  Use the Carbon Copy/Net Host software solely for your personal use in 
  54. LegalText47=    this specific software package.
